How to assign star alleles for CYP2D6 when we have only the results of SNPs except for CYP2D6*5?

Hello,

I am trying to assign star alleles for CYP2D6, but I have results of tag SNPs only. I have files of info, and dose, and also created the files of bed, bim, and fam from them (no fastq files).

Can anybody please tell me how to assign star alleles for 1800 patients for CYP2D6? I know the limitations of assigning only from tag SNPs, but I just want to tell which patients are PMs and how much they have significant toxicities comared with patients who are not PMs? I think that it is impossible to assign accurately by PHASE.
