installation of Bio::Das module in active perl

I want to install the Perl module Bio::Das. I have active Perl installed and I work on windows OS. I used the

cpan>install Bio::Das

But I didn't succeed. Can somebody help me install the package so that I access the ucsc browser to retrieve the sequence from the particular genomic regions?
