can anyone help me to know how to do figure the contain the nucleotide sequences and the translated amino acids in the same figure??
What have you tried? We typically require some sample data and your code to HELP you figure out YOUR problems.

If available for OPs genome of interest, a screenshot of the UCSC genome browser could show a similar figure. I have obviously no idea to which quality the result should be.
If you need something graphical SnapGene Viewer (free) may do this.
