Hi guys,

I am working with WGS data and have control and tumor samples for a number of mice. I want to find out whether new insertions of retroelements, and especially LINE1, occurred in cancer. I also want to have a possibility to play with minimal coverage of the new retroelement required by the tool. I found TranspoSeq and it does exactly what I want, but it seems like it doesn't work with mice data. Does anybody know any other good tool for this task?

Thanks in advance!
