Hi everyone,
What I am looking for and hoping someone could point in the direction of if it exists, is freely available RNA-Seq data from a reasonably wide panel of murine cancer cell lines. Something like the NCI-60 for example. Preferably processed together using the same wet lab methods, although for my purposes this would not be crucial. Does anyone know of anything like that out there?
Even better if it was available as count numbers processed through a single pipeline - to save running what would be a large amount of data here. I am simply interested in looking to see which murine cancer cell lines express a particular cancer testis antigen (CTA) gene, to identify additional ones that we could potentially use going forward in our in vivo experiments. Of course we could grow up a few and do rt-qPCR but i'm hoping there's a way to avoid that whole rigmarole as well as doing a more encompassing survey.
