Question: the maximum number of CG within 300bp genomic windows in human genome (hg19).

This shouldn't be too hard to write (although I don't know perl, but could easily do it in python). What have you tried?
roughly estimation should be quite easy with sliding window way, however, exactly estimation maybe not. I just want to see whether they are some great statistic fellows or computer specialist have some excellent method
