I am in a grate confusion in doing the docking. I want to cleave the mrna by mirna. But cannot understand how to form the RISC complex-mirna-mirna complex. Whether I should first dock the protein(Argonaut) with the mirna and then dock it with mrna or to first form the complex of mirna-mrna and then to dock with protein. Please suggest me the correct way for the cleavage of mrna.And thanks in Advance

Sir, I have already read the biology part of mirna role in gene silencing. I just want to apply in Bioinformatics. So I have a confusion of docking whether miRNA to protein(Argonaut ) or to dock the mirna and mrna and then with the protein. Which will give better for gene silencing by miRNAs?
