Hi,

I am working with the titin protein and I am interested in knowing which part of the sarcomere each snp belongs to. I got all the snps from a sample from a genotyping experiment and filtered it to only those that lie within the genome coordinates of titin and then used ENSEMBL Variant Effect Predictor (VEP) to annotate each snp. So now I have the exon information and the protein domain information. Is there any way to get which protein domain is in which band of the sarcomere ? I would like to get the same information exon-wise as well. Out of the 363 exons, which exons are in which band of the sarcomere ?

Thanks
