Is there any database to search for downstream target genes for any transcription factor. If not, how should I proceed to search for downstream target genes irrespective of literature search. Thank you in advance.

Have seen this: How To Identify Targets Of A Transcription Factor ? once you identified target, you could filter them by your definition of 'downstream', whatever that is supposed to mean. Please also check the questions under "Similar posts", please let us know if these fit your aim.
