Linking genotype + RNA-seq data in 1000 Genomes Projects and Geuvadis

Hi!

I'd like to explore the functional impact of some polymorphisms in the 1000GP data by linking the presence/absence of a certain variation to the transcriptional output measured by RNA-seq in the Geuvadis project

What is the best way to obtain the genotype + RNA-seq information for all the 465 individuals covered by Geuvadis at a given locus?
