cuffdiff 2.2.1 not responding to -p (--num-threads) option to run in parallel on cluster

Hi all,

I am trying to run cuffdiff 2.2.1 using the option -p (--num-threads) 4, so that it will run on 4 cores on our cluster. However, it only ever seems to run on 1 core (this is not the case for v2.1.1 which responds fine to this option). I have also tried running it locally on a Mac which I believe is capable of multi-threading and again find it does not appear to respond. Can anyone help?

Thanks, Richard

This may sound simple but to verify: are you asking for a corresponding number of cores on the cluster side (job scheduler) when submitting the job?
