Shouldn't you be able to search/look this up yourself?

NCBI retired much of the HapMap site but you can still find some information here.

Numbers of individuals included in the various phases of HapMap project are summarized on this page.

The HapMap is already a closed project, anyway it did not contained genomes but Haplotypes, that basically are sorted colections of variants, most of the time single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), detected by array genotyping in several individuals (~300). Regarding the question of how many genomes, the most used publicy available resource is the 1000 Genomes project, that in its phase 3 comprenhends ~2000 genomes of several populations, in a combination of low coverage genome sequencing and deep exome sequencing. However, other projects have reached ~4000 genomes (as the UK10K project) and so on... For exact numbers, and more info I recommend you look in the original papers, just type in the google.scholar: "HapMap project", "A global reference for human variation" and "The haplotype reference consortium"...just for beiginning.
