Hi biostars,

I want to perform a pathway enrichment on a list of genes, for that I want to use ConsensusPathDB. I input a list of genes to the tool. The list contains the Ensembl gene IDs (only the protein_coding genes). I have also selected "Ensembl" in the gene / protein identifier type

After running, ConsensusPathDB generates the following message:

None of the provided accession numbers can be mapped to ConsensusPathDB physical entities. Are you sure that you have provided valid accession numbers and chosen the right accession number type?

I have repeated the procedure, but by providing the list of Ensembl Gene names instead of Ensembl Gene ID, but I got the same result.

It seems that ConsensusPathDB didn't recognize the genes of the list, right ?

What do you think ?
