Hey guys. I was using Blastp to blast the protein sequences of mycobacterial tuberculosis F11 against the human sapien protein sequences. Now i have to retrieve a file that has all the proteins sequences that are not homologous in between these two species. So can you please tell me how can retrieve that file under NCBI-Blastp

You'll want to find sequences that did not significantly hit the database. The less similar they are, you can assume that they are non-homologous sequences. This post may help.

Is that proteins that had no hits in human?

What do you mean by that? Retrieve above protein entries from your input into a new file?
