Hello,
I am having trouble executing the program VCFLIB. I followed all instructions from the website
[https://github.com/vcflib/vcflib][1], to download and make the program, and all the executables appear to be in the bin file as expected after I typed the command make.
However, I can't run any of the executables. When I cd to the bin folder where all the executables are, I can see all of them but when I type the name of any function (for example, vcfcombine) I get the following error: "command not found".
Are there dependencies that I need to install? Any other ideas for what I am doing wrong and why I can't run any of the executables?
