Hi everyone, I just downloaded the cdna sequences from omabrowser. The sequences don't have the 'X' character in the current release, it seems they are clean. Is it normal?
Hi Dimar, I don't understand your question. as far as I can see there are many cdna sequences with the 'unknown' character in the latest release. please indicate more precisely which file, from where and when you are working with.
