I want to analyze public data base of human micriobiome data after treatment with any drug. So I will have two group comparison of gut microflora before and treated after drug. It can be gene array or sequencing data. I have browsed around GEO as well as human microbiome project (http://www.hmpdacc.org/) but could not find anything. Any one on the forum has any suggestion what should be the best source of such dataset. Thanks
I have completely browsed through microbiome project but dont find data set archiving seq data describing gut microflora before and treated after drug treatment or cancer vs non cancer
