MACS2 bdgpeakcall gives UnboundLocalError: local variable 'peak_content' referenced before assignment:

Hi,

when running the script:

#!/bin/bash/
DIR=/path/FOS_45_DSG+Form/
IN=/path/macs_chipvsinput_FOS_day2_treat_qvalue.bdg
cd $DIR
bdgpeakcall -i $IN -c 2.995732274 -o score_HDF_day2

shows the error:

UnboundLocalError: local variable 'peak_content' referenced before assignment

Does anyone knows how to fix this? :)

I tried the command with macs2 before, but wasn't running...

I think you can use homer i used home for peak calling
