I'm reading on MYcroarray's website that their kit are built with modules and a certain number of reactions.

What are the meaning of module and reactions?

The page you linked says

Our kits are manufactured in modules of up to 20,000 unique baits/probes, which is determined by our synthesis technology.

You can get 10 modules for a total of 200K probes.

Number of reactions would be the samples you can process (16, 48, 96, 384).

With each MYbaits kit, we provide you enough reagents to perform a stated amount of individual capture reactions according to our current protocol

Reactions = sample size

Module = ?

nb Probes = # of sequences or # of sequences / 2 (because you would capture a sequence on both sides)?
