Hi I have identified Somatic Variants from Strelka and want to use pyclone to study tumor heterogeneity ; totally novice for using Pyclone tool . I went through Pyclone tutorial and usergroup as well but I am still not able to make tsv files for input in Pyclone.Can someone help me to walk over this . Thank you in advance. :)
