Hello,
what methods can be used to do network analysis between RNA seq data from one I generated and some that I take from other publications. A- is it reasonable to compare such datasets? B- if so, do I re-normalize the different datasets from other labs to have a uniform normalization across different datasets? C- what controls can be looked at first to compare these datasets?
