Hi,

As you can see here, H3K4me3 has higher signal compared to the rest (probably because of more reads). RPM method (Read count per million mapped reads) should take care of this but it seems not. So, Is there a way, I can re-scale the plots (using log scale for example) so that I can compare these signals? I am aware of deeptools scaling function but it would be great if you have any suggestions using ngsplot. thanks enter image description here
