Dear All.
In the method part of phyloP46way (https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg19&g=cons46way), they said that they extract primates tree model and placental mammal model from the vertebrate model, while this description has no detail methods introduction, such as software or options. I don't think this operation is just copying and pasting because of different branch length among three models. So if you have detail information about this extract operation, please tell me.
