Downloading Whole Proteome Fasta files

I would like to download the whole proteome with around 80k fasta files but wasn't able to download as files get corrupted after downloading. DO anybody knew any Perl or Python script to do so.

where are those file ? how did you try to download those files ? how do you now their corrupted ? what was the error message ?
