Does anyone know of other cell type signatures besides LM22 from CIBERSORT? I am working with CIBERSORT but I have a lots problems due to different probes from mixture w.r.t. LM22. I mean LM22 takes care and find out cell lines like B cells naive, B cells memory, Plasma cells, T cells CD8, T cells CD4 naive. I am working with a mixtures dataset composed by cell lines like FFA-ABC-E6, FFA-ABC-C6, FFA-GCB-A6 FFA-GCB-D2. How can I use CIBERSORT? How can I generate new signature matrix or manipulate LM22 in order to make it fit to my problem and analysis? I found this error when I am trying to run CIBERSORT: No overlap in genes between the mixture and signature genes files found. Thank you for your disponibility
