Off topic:A Journal article with Data+codes available in Glioma with rna-seq

Since I am very new to rna-seq approach, I need a public, easy to understand journal with data+codes available (preferably in Glioma, short rna-seq,single end) to redo what is done in the journal for getting the same result.

Any suggestions ?
