Question: How to draw many graphs in one graph in Cytoscape with different colors ?

I search in google but found nothing helpful! So plz if anyone has an idea about how to draw them using different colors? any links or pdf or ...

Jean-Karim Heriche, could you please give me more details or attached file? I have to add the label in the same file of my sub networks or what? I have 10 subnetworks.
