Dear all,

I am currently exploring ArrayExpress/GEO for relevant datasets, but I was wondering if anyone is aware/have used any recent RNA-seq datasets involving the human cell line HEK293T?

The classical datasets are from 2008 and 2010:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE11892

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE13474

However I was wondering if you are familiar with anything that is more recent.

Thanks, Sergio

We have both polyA plus and minus RNAseq on HEK293T cells, published recently : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE85161

Thanks vivekbhr. Are your data collected for HEK293 or HEK293T? Do these two cell lines have a significant difference in transcriptome?

I wouldn't expect much difference between the two

Here is another total RNA-seq dataset generated by the Balasubramanian group:

Check out the Negative_{1,2,3} samples
