Dataset normalised to TPM (GSE85066)

Hello dear Biostars!

I am a newbie currently working with the dataset GSE85066, the author provides RNA-Seq data normalised to TPM (all_samples_bulk). The file contains the TPM values of 60575 genes in 9 different cell lines. I want to perform a differentially expression analysis but I have no idea how to start working with this info. Can someone help me out? Every comment will be very appreciated.
