Dear all, I'm trying to identify potential outliers in my microsatellite dataset with LOSITAN. The software provides a list of putative outliers and associated p-values but the final plot is unreadable with numerous spikes in the neutrality envelop boundary. I tryed with different computers with increasing calculation and graphic power with no improvement. Has anyone of you ever experienced anything similar? Thanks Chiara
