Dear Open Source Community:

I was wondering if anyone may be interested in contributing to our open-source project called fastheatmap: We are proudly the world's fastest heatmap software and we want to continue breaking records. As datasets get bigger and bigger, and as we generate more enormous datasets from single-cell sequencing, we need to start working together. Please let me know if you may be interested in joining us by contacting me at:

Hi Bohdan,

Is there a limitation to the data uploaded? I tried a 35965 x 4831 binary table and nothing is really happening. Thanks.

Hi Greg,

Thanks for your note. I've been making some tweaks to the server infrastructure this week so everything should be back up to full power by the end of the week. I'll keep you posted as soon as the maintenance is done. Thanks for your patience.
