Expression data (RNAseq/microarray) from Trastuzumab (Herceptin) treated breast cancer patients cohort

I am looking for expression and mutation data from a cohort of Her2+ breast cancer patients that received Trastuzumab. The icing on the cake will be the availability of the clinical status of the patients (complete remission, progressive disease..).

Any help on this would be much appreciated !

I'm not sure about the icing on the cake but re. expression data, you can search for this drug and get the genes and diseases it matches to from the Open Targets Platform. If you choose to view the targets (we use genes as proxies for targets) you can find out whether the expression is up or down for a given target associated with breast carcinoma e.g. ERBB2. For more details on the clinical trials, have you tried clinicaltrials.gov or DailyMed?
