Hi guys, I am also looking for a database where one can see the result of mutations studies (experimental mutations i.e. site directed mutations) but could not find any other than UniProt. But in my opinion,I think UniProt is not covering all the studies. Or is it? Thanks

Yes, UniProt does not cover everything but it is the most comprehensive. PDB also has a lot of experimental mutations due to the way that many proteins are crystallized from mutated genes.
