I have been using the GTEx portal to study tissue-specific expression of different isoforms (under the "exon expression for [gene]" section). I've noticed however that many of the Ensembl transcript IDs have been discontinued when you go to look up more information on the gene/isoform, and is based on a previous dbGAP study (phs000424.v6.p1) instead of the most current version (phs000424.v7.p2). Is the most current isoform expression data only available by applying for Authorized Access? I've also checked GEO profiles and the Expression Atlas but have not been able to find a comparable source for this information. My computational experience is limited so I found the GTEx diagrams extremely useful for my purposes.
