hello. I have 6000 transcript IDs from hordeum vulgare which start with HORVU (like HORVU0Hr1G000390.11) plus sequences and i'm attempting to GO enrichment analysis, but unfortunately no databases recognized my IDs. the EnsemblePlants stored my IDs but there is no GO enrichment analysis tools into that database. on the other hand I can blasting my sequences in uniprotkb for instance but identities ain't always 100%. if there is any solution i will appreciating to know.

Files mapping HORVU* identifiers to UniProt/RefSeq accession numbers:

ftp://ftp.ensemblgenomes.org/pub/release-36/plants/tsv/hordeum_vulgare/

or alternatively, you can use BioMart tool in Ensembl Plants to translate identifiers.
