Is it a reasonable approach to present results of expression of selected gene's array and sequencing data together as expression vs clinical co variate (age) just as to increase the power of analysis. Or one should keep separate sequencing and array data. I have seen several studies comparing array vs sequencing so not sure what may be the best approach.
Any suggestion or previous experience with such a challenge.
