How to produce numerical QC summaries of affymetrix HTA2.0 chip

I am wondering if there is a relatively straightforward way in R that provides numerical QC summaries of ExpressionSet produced by justRMA function in affy from Affymetrix HTA 2.0 chip, such what can be produced by Expression console software (background, Presence calls, AUC, RLE)?
