Hi,

I would like to identify the protein isoforms that are expressed in human fibroblasts, eye and whole blood cells.

May you please suggest a user-friendly database ?

The GTEx Portal has data for isoform expression. In their Gene page, select 'isoform' under Plot. They have data for whole blood. Can't see eye or fibroblasts though. This is at the mRNA level. I can't find expression data at the protein level from PRIDE or UniProt, for example.
