Hello everyone,
I have list of disease ontology id (DOID) and their associated disease term. Now when i look for disease ontology (http://disease-ontology.org/), these are provided in 8 different categories viz disease of cellular proliferation. infectious agent, syndrome etc. Now problem is that i have 10000 DOID and i have to group them in the above listed major categories. I have tried R DOSE package, but still not getting desired result. can anybody tell me that how to do it. I am also providing some DOID with their disease description.
