Promoters for liver sinusoidal endothelial cells

Dear all,

I'm looking for specific promoters for liver sinusoidal endothelial cells. Is there a database that provides this kind of information? When I searched for LSECs in EPD I got no hits. Is there another way to do this? Is there a way to get that information from ENCODE?
