please any one recommend some trial or free ware for the analysis of microarray data of Mycobacterium for pathway.

This is very broad, too short and unspecific, which kind of pathway analysis do you want to do? Please describe what makes your case specific, otherwise a general question on pathway analysis would be as good as any other.

I am working on pathway analysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. I need drug resistance mycobacterium tuberculosis data for pathway. which databases give microarray data of Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Your explanation does not help, because it is repeating the same statement from before. "Data for pathway" is undefined and not a correct phrase. Please sit back and try to get an understanding of the problem you are trying to solve first.

Any publicly available microarray data should be in NCBI GEO. Searching that is your best bet.
