Hello, Anyone know how one can use a blacklisted (red coded) output file in Usegalaxy? The data looks quite reasonable but I cannot use them because when a program is called, the red rejected files are not given as options. Of course I have tried to fix the output so as it is not blacklisted, but at this point I do not understand why there is a fatal error in parsing the the first line. Thanks

The short answer is that you can't. Click on the "bug report" button on the history item so the admin of your Galaxy instance can take a look. He/she can then give you advise on what your options are.

Warning You should read the bug report and figure out what happened first.

You could download the red coded output (via floppy disk button) and re-upload it. If the dataset is not corrupt and has correct format, it will appear green in your history.
