what therapeutical proteins can only eukaryotic cells express rather than expression in prokaryotic system? In other words, what therapeutical proteins are eukaryotic cells more suitable to express rather than expression in prokaryotic system, considering many factors( including cost, time, culture conition, difficulty etc)
