fortran is an effective but 'rare' language, it's still used as a library in Rstat. So I just wonder how nowadays, someone can use F95 for bioinformatics things. (I don't say it's bad...)

well , i am thinking of running a tool , called Tetrafor , that calculates SASA thats why i need to use F95

You can do the conversion with openbabel but that is not written in fortran 95.

You might want to explain why you need it in exactly fortran95 and nothing else will do.

thing is that i dont want to find a tool that converts files , i just want to know what code in F90 or 95 or 77 does that . too curious i suppose
