Hello,
Can Anyone help me understand how the minimal sampling strategy and oligomer changing works in GMAP aligner? I tried to read from the original publication. However, I found it very complicated. :(
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Tags don't need a '#' sign. I changed your tags, but please omit the '#' next time. As far as I know the author of GMAP is very responsive, he might be able to help you. If so, please post the answer here. It might be useful for others too.
