GDC - count Matrix data

Hello all,

I am planning to work on Count data from GDC portal, but i have problem here. Since i am planning to do DGE analysis i need the data in a count .matrix format but when Downloaded the data it has got around 460 sub files. Please help me how to convert this into matrix file.Should i manually copy paste it? Treat my knowledge in Bio-info as of beginner level. Thanks a lot for your kind help.
