Dear all I am being indulge in constructing metabolic network reconstruction of a bacterial genome. where I have annotated the bacterial genome and retrieve a list of EC numbers. I need to get corresponding reactions of these EC numbers which should be organism specific. Since each EC number may catalyse a number of reaction. Can anyone tell me how to go through this problem?
