In general these sites will have corresponding FTP locations where you can download data. For Uniprot and for NCBI Blast (which is what you wanted I suppose).

Not to be mean, however this is a really poor question and the answers, if you get them at all, will most likely be very unhelpful. However to at least point you in a direction. In general they all have ftp sites for bulk downloads or a link to download (in whatever format you need) next to the file you are looking at.

For more information here is the link for uniprot's help page http://www.uniprot.org/help/ and here is a video on youtube

Ensemble's downloads page with examples http://www.ensembl.org/downloads.html also their general help http://www.ensembl.org/info/website/index.html

ncbi is just as easy, if you are looking for a programmatic way of download here you go

Oh! I completely overlooked the best help for beginners. You can read the Biostars handbook which includes a section on where and how to get data https://www.biostarhandbook.com/data/where-to-get-data.html

That link requires a purchase to access. You should make a note of that when recommending Biostar handbook.

Good point. I forgot that. It is a good manual though. I feel it was well worth the money.

The answer to that vague question is... at the respective websites. If you want a more concrete answer you have to ask a more concrete question, sorry.

And what should ncbi plast be (I guess you mean 'blast' but see, you gotta be more precise - if you don't know how to spell blast, I wonder what you want to do with all the data for... all species?)? Bioinformatics is complex and a huge field. And why does this have the tag 'software error'?
