If I use the R program, how to match up GO_Number to GO_Name?

Just because you are able to open the file in excel does not mean that the data is in excel format (unless you actually got a .xlsx file). In any case you can export the data into a simple delimited (tab, comma etc) format and use it with other programs.

Can you tell me other programs for visualization and changing GO_Number to GO_Name?

Image is not clear. Since it is a bar chart, I guess on Y-axis you have number of genes and x-axis you have GO terms (most probably BP). They are organized by some kind of grouping. It would help forum members if you could provide more details such as high resolution image and the data columns you have etc.

Yes, that image looks like you guessed it. So I want to change GO_Number to GO term Name and visualize to graph image. Do I have to change the data one by one? Can you tell me a good program for visualization?

Do you have any programming experience? How big is the file, how many rows/terms are we talking about (or in other words, could you translate the GO_IRIs to Go_Labels manually if you are not able to program)?

There are several online and offline tools to convert GO IDs to GO term description. Make a list of GO IDs (one per line) and upload the IDs onto a server. Server will generate GO terms for you.

I have moved this to an answer and accepted it, but it would be a nice improvement if you could add one or a few example(s) of online/offline tools to this post for completeness sake.
