Hi,

I am working on Rna seq data analysis protocol called New Tuxedo. I am writing this for those who have insights into this paper.

Any one has any suggestion to get the article pipeline improved? Or at least which methods do you suggest to work with in order to observe any improvements ( of course the results of the work do not matter to be improved, the hypothesis matters though.

Any single advice would be appreciated !

Maybe consider comparing the speed and accuracy of aligners like bwa and bowtie2
